Robin answered all of my questions fully. She is super nice and very professional. It takes a special person to care enough about people to drive 4 hours to make it easier on us. I have lost 10 pounds in 17 days and I am thrilled!

Eating small frequent meals help to balance your calorie intake throughout the day and also keeps your blood sugar level balanced. Instead of eating 3 big meals, try to eat 5 - 6 smaller meals throughout the day.
Everyone has his or her favorite treats. Simply allow yourself a little indulgence, but watch out for the frequency and the quantity. Having a small treat once in a while can be rewarding to your weight loss experience. Cutting too much of your favorite treats usually lead to an early relapse.
Stay away from sweetened drinks, especially sodas. Hey - all those colas and fizzy drinks are sweetened with sugar and sugar means calories. The more you can cut out on these sweetened bottle drinks, the better for you. Plus, soda contains phosphoric acid which can drain calcium from your bones and contribute to bone loss.
Eat intelligently. The difference between man and beast is that we are driven by intelligence while beasts are driven by instinct. Don’t just eat something because you feel like eating it. Ask yourself whether your body really needs it.
Do not skip meals. The worst thing you can do while watching you diet is skip a meal. It has just the opposite effect of what you want. You need to have at least four regular meals every day.
Go easy on salt, as too much salt is one of the causes of obesity. Make it a point to really cut down on salt. (Or increase your calcium intake.)
Check your weight before you start the routine and keep checking for changes but do not expect a radical change immediately, it might be one or two weeks before you notice some change. However, it is crucial that you continue to monitor your weight. You may bear in mind the fact that even a few pounds lost is a big achievement.
- A diet can cause shortages of important nutrients, take a good quality vitamin to maintain good health and enery levels
- Never eat when you are not hungry. Before you eat ask yourself; Am I truly hungry? If you are, have 8oz of water, wait 20 minutes, then eat.
- Eat fruit 20 minutes before a main meal to reduce appetite
- Eat very slowly and enjoy
- Eat less fat
- Eat to live, don't live to eat!
How to get the most from your staples
- Never touch, press or wiggle
- Always keep your staples and ears clean and dry
- Never use hydrogen peroxide to clean
- Rub your stimulation points 6-8 times daily
- If you accidently touch your staples, clean immediately as directed in your session
- If you are having severe throbbing or a new onset of pain with your staple, please call me to get it removed. Always act on the side of caution and do not assume it will get better, although most of them do get better, it is wiser to take them out, then replace in 1 week.
